Shipping and returns

Everything you need to know about how your order gets to you, and what happens if something goes wrong.

Shipping

How fast do we ship?

We aim to pack and ship every order within 1 to 3 business days of payment. You will receive a confirmation email with a track and trace link once your order is dispatched.

Wrong shipping address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you made a mistake, email hello@creativesolace.com within 24 hours of purchase. After that we cannot guarantee we can make changes.

Delayed or lost packages

If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of your dispatch notification, please contact us and we will help you investigate with the courier.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier, weather, or customs. For international orders, import duties are the responsibility of the buyer.

Returns

Your right under EU law: under the Consumer Rights Directive, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your purchase without giving a reason.

How to return

  1. Email hello@creativesolace.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
  2. We will confirm the return and provide the return address.
  3. Pack the item securely and send it back within 14 days of your return request.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 14 days.

Condition of returned items

To be eligible for a refund, the kit must be unused and in its original packaging with the B7000 adhesive seal intact. Kits that have been opened and used cannot be returned.

Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless the item was delivered damaged, defective, or incorrectly. We recommend using a tracked service so the return is insured.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days. You will receive a confirmation email when the refund is issued.

Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care packing every order. If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  1. Take a photo of the damage.
  2. Email hello@creativesolace.com within 72 hours of delivery.
  3. Include your order number and the photo.

We will replace or refund the item at no extra cost to you. Minor dents to the outer box that do not affect the product inside do not qualify for replacement.

Workshop Tickets and Bookings

Workshop and event tickets are non-refundable once purchased, unless the event is cancelled by Creative Solace. If we cancel, you will receive a full refund within 14 days.

If you booked via our quote form and can no longer attend, please let us know as soon as possible by emailing hello@creativesolace.com. We will do our best to find an alternative date for you.
